This scholarship was founded in memory of Tiffany Pippenger, a beautiful Wife and Mother, who tragically died at age 30 in 2017.  Her courageous battle to live mirrored her nickname of "Tiffany Strong", and now to honor Tiffany's memory and to continue her legacy of giving back to others, family and friends created the Tiffany Strong Scholarship Foundation, raising scholarship money for Bossier Parish graduating seniors attending a Louisiana College, University, or Technical School.
